Is there shortcut to succeed?

Ask a successful person, how did you succeed? Let me tell you it is not only hard work but they were passionate enough to do their work. It sounds tedious when somebody tells “word hard then you will succeed”.  Well, that we all know. How to work hard is indeed favorable question. We people are in the quest for shortcut to success but we might not even see the face of shortcut while time shrinks in blink of an eye. Nevertheless, there is a shortcut which will sure push you to your destiny.  That clue is to cultivate your interest and become obsessed. Transcend what you are looking for. For an instance, if you want to become physicists then I don’t have clue for you to become biologist. But if you are interested in physics to extremities then no doubt, you are sure going to become physicist. Interest comes naturally. Well, not purely natural but we don’t even know how it persisted.

Once you are ambitious, you will love to do the work. It feels like you are dwelling kid’s life, playing games and toys. The work is game for you. Nonetheless, you are working very hard and it is matter of ease if you do not know its hardship. Failures and mistakes may be the part of your work but for you it is just to say choose more better way. Very influencing scientist, Thomas Alva Edison, who in spite of 999 mistakes, did not let his hope off.  It is astounding how after 999 attempts one can accomplish it in 1000^th attempt without giving up. It motivates us to try again and again unless victory. You could render things with high degree of curiosity after being tackled by failures and mistakes. So it is constructive, not destructive.

Envisage of consequences of your work also crucially matters. Don’t ever think that someone is going to show better than you. Never become hopeless. Dream while you are awake and hope auspiciously that you will get desirable output. You need be affirmative to yourself. You need to put earmuff mentally for people yelling you bad. You need to bypass infuriating stuffs from you. Just ignore them. Don’t get yourself doing things away from your concern. Why to live meddlesome life? Well, regarding academic view, you will have to study some subjects deprived of your interest but this is not the time to yell “Oh no! I don’t like system of education”. Having all subjects learned is pretty good to its limit but you will miss out something less or more about your keen subject, for obvious. Academic marks don’t acutely portray how smart you are. It just divulges your talent in blending and remembering what-is-taught.  You cannot give continuation to succeed if you only take help of those marks or certificates. It is just one time ecstasy. But, with your knowledge, you can become perpetually a successful person.

Just put up glance in what you don’t like just for basic information and formality, and dive deep to what you like for your future. Indeed, your knowledge works drastically after departing from academy. Knowledge can wide open road to success and thrive your life with flying colors. So it is time to discovery of your knowledge, not only marks and that’s what makes you become what you want to.

Bizarre Inspiration

We are at engineering level. We have been motivated hundreds of times. What is motivation? It makes us hungry. Each motivation is liable for making us hunger for doing or being something in our life. What we lack is we don’t know how to eat when we are hungry. Trainers are followed by so conventional things. They think we need inspiration. But, they are the one who is supposed to train us, its by name. Trainer may teach us how to build a road direct to the success but a genuine trainer will teach us how to set up wings so we can fly anywhere. 

 

It is by nature, human beings are conventional except some. For an instance, if I fold my hands during delivering speech, it is depicted that I am close, ignoring any feedback from audience. If my voice is shivered and I am sweaty, they may think I’m frightful. Maybe it is because I am tired. All it matters is confidence in speaking. Don’t look at audience eye if you stage fright, people say. I say if you are strong in your topic, there is nothing in this world you will be scared at. So the trick how to make your topic so living, so deep you can go and dive in, I assure your fear will fade away. It is the sentence of many motivators that they put some sweet lines and they say why not start from today. But the real part of doing anything is its starting can be easy but it needs a lot of efforts to continue. While in the day of training, it’s so easy to do. From then, they fade away. We switch back to our work. What I say is, don’t do anything new. Just change a bit of what you already do.

Oops! I have a problem of vocabulary, what should I do? Common question. Common answer is read newspaper, read novel. So, boring. But my answer goes this way. You don’t have problem of vocab. You have a problem of framing out sentence. So learn how to make your sentence sweet rather learning dictionary.  Suppose I have an ability to write with both hands. But I don’t know what is that ability spelled. It is ambidextrous. Why should I know this word? I would rather say I can write with both hands. 

 

It is by nature, after being stressed by work, we switch back to entertainment. I say you will learn well in disguise. You will never stop watching movies. You will never stop listening songs, watching TVs, gossiping people. Why don’t you download the subtitle in English? Even if you watch movie in your mother tongue language, watch them with English subtitle. You will know how to convert into English. Listen music and practice lyrics in karaoke. It would enhance/improve your reading and speaking skills plus fluency. Practicing song would also make your intonation beautiful. Would this bore you or reading books and newspaper would? 

 

Back to few year, did you know smart phone is coming while you were using java and Symbian phones? So can you be certain in 2 years the scenario of engineering would remain stagnant. What if no interviews? What if no recruitment? Our trainings would become vain if so. So leave that belief where we might meet risk. Train yourself so that you can be open to the world. You can be create your own company. Is it god hiring us? Why never told we can be like them too? Saying that cooperate world is different. Is it spaceship? Why to be ready? Answer is it is new for us. We need to be trained by rules and how to adapt in there. My question is why can’t we make our college a cooperate world? The rules for which we were trained for can be followed by now. Some scare about group discussion. Make a group and discuss about project as if in company meeting. Discussion in project will make you command over reasoning as well as technical skills. 

 

We are taught good about mannerism and courtesy. Being human, we should show respect to our elders. But the fact is the world is full of nuisance people. Showing respect is somehow associated with innocence. And the fact is, the world of today has atomic space for innocent and naive people. Always keep an attitude so no one can overwhelm you. Forget the formality. If you follow it, you will be slow. Suppose you are student and there is offer from outside for project and you need to be their ASAP, your arrival time would be your priority. You need a permission from HOD and you see a lengthy queue of students. Would you go by process? Write a letter. Explain it to class mentor, sign it and what not. If I were you, I would do it smartly. I would go to my favorite teacher, express how important it is. S/he would make a call to HOD. HOD would prior teacher than student so s/he receive a call and I am done. Circumstances may not always be easy like this but doing it smartly is demand of today’s world. Traditional method is obsolete but most fool yet follow them.
